Is there a delivery charge for each item in my order?

Delivery is when an order is over the following qualifying thresholds.

If your order value is less than the free delivery qualifying threshold, just one

delivery charge is payable per order. 

Delivery Fee is charged based on location

 

If I order more than one item will they arrive together?

Your order won’t be dispatched until it contains all the items you purchased

Please contact us if you need tracking information or further assistance when

there are multiple packages in your order.

Can my order be delivered to a different address than in my account?

Yes. Your account should offer you the option to save multiple addresses or you can

enter a new address during the checkout process.

Once order has been placed we are unable to change delivery address

 

Do you deliver to work addresses?

Yes, we deliver to work addresses as long as somebody is available to accept the order.

 

What happens if there is nobody at home to receive my order?

If you are not at home to accept your order, you can contact us within two days of

placing the order to request a pickup or to rearrange a delivery time. You may

also be able to contact the courier company to arrange a convenient pick up time.

An item is missing from my order. What do I do?

Please check your order details in your confirmation email or your

online account to see that you placed all the items you wished to buy in your

shopping bag. 

In the event that we are not able to fulfil all or part of your order, an email is sent

advising this. You will not be charged for any item we are unable to send to you.

Please contact us if you need any assistance.

 

Are my payment details secure?

Yes. Your online shopping experience with Cola Waves is secure, please see

our Privacy Policy. We also use 3D Secure, Verified by Visa and MasterCard

SecureCode systems for further security protection.

 

How do I pay for the items in my shopping bag?

Select the cart icon from the top right hand corner of your screen. You will see a

summary of the items you have added to your bag. You can make changes to your

order at this stage if you wish.

Once you are ready to check out, you will be asked sign into your account if you

have previously placed an order. If this is your first order you will be asked

to create an account.

Follow the instructions to choose your delivery options, billing details and make a

secure payment.

 

What types of payments do you accept?

Currently we accept payment through (Visa and MasterCard debit cards, and

PayPal.) All payments are secure. Please note that we would never contact you to

make payment into a bank account
