DELIVERY & RETURNS

 

• Returns & Exchanges:  Subject to exceptions, we are happy to accept a return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery.​

• Refunds: In the event of a refund, your funds will be credited to the original payment card or bank account if you have done bank transfer, within (7) days of the refund being approved.

• Delivery Information: The signature of the person accepting delivery at the given address, will be deemed as proof that safe delivery of the order has taken place. In the instance someone at the given delivery address accepts the parcel on your behalf, their signature will be used as proof of safe delivery of the order.​

• You'll need to make sure that the address given is able to accept the delivery and has space for the delivery vehicle

• ​Please note we will not refund you for anything that gets damaged or lost after we have successfully delivered it to your selected delivery address​

• We're able to add items to your order, once it has been placed. You'll need to send us an email within 4 hours of placing the order with details of additional products youwant.

• ​Order Tracking: Our standard Delivery orders will be delivered within 5-7 Working Days depending on location.
